We’ve added some luxury to range this season and introduced these gorgeous, premium fleece lined head collars, fleece lined for added comfort across the headpiece and nose to ensure your horse is comfortable at all times.

These headcollars also feature a fully adjustable noseband, headpiece and throat clip, and are available in three different colours to complement our range.

Standard Delivery

PLEASE NOTE DURING BUSY SALE PERIODS YOU WILL NEED TO ALLOW 3 WORKING DAYS FOR US TO SHIP YOUR ORDER.  YOU WILL RECEIVE A SEPARATE NOTIFICATION WHEN WE DESPATCH.

This service is available in Great Britain* with deliveries to Ireland and Northern Ireland being handled by  courier which is a 2 working day service.

Delivery tracking information is communicated by a text message as soon as your order has been despatched, which will include your order tracking information - if no mobile number is left you will receive an email.

On the morning of the expected delivery you will receive a notification text or email confirming your one-hour delivery window.

If the delivery date and time is not convenient you can follow the instructions from the message to either:

  • Change the delivery date
  • Leave the item in a safe place at your address
  • Leave the parcel with a neighbour

In addition to the next working day service, customers in Great Britain** are able to upgrade their delivery to one of the following, with costs shown below:

  • Next working day by 10:30am: £15.99
  • Next working day by 12 noon: £8.99
  • Saturday delivery: £9.99
  • Saturday by 10:30am: £24.99
  • Saturday by 12 noon: £14.99
  • Sunday by 10:30am: £24.99
  • Sunday by 12 noon: £14.99

The courier working hours are usually from 8am - 6pm (however this can change without notice during peak periods) and your delivery will be between these hours.  

When receiving a next working day delivery Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days.

Please note at this time we do not ship to Australia or New Zealand.

In the unlikely event that your delivery does not arrive, please contact us as soon as possible as we have 14 days after date of despatch to escalate an investigation/claim with the courier.  

*Certain postcode restrictions apply in remote areas or may take longer to deliver.  Please contact us to check if your address is affected.
**Not available in all areas including Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles.

Unsuitable Returns

Should you wish to return a purchase, you have 14 calendar days after receipt of goods to tell us of your intention to return your item(s), providing the item(s) are in a new, re-sellable condition and complete with all of the original components and packaging. You are then responsible, at your cost, for returning the item(s) within 14 calendar days of cancelling.

Upon receipt, your returned item(s) will be checked and providing all complete, and returned in a new re-sellable condition, a refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5 working days after receipt of return for refund to be issued.

Exchanges

PLEASE FOLLOW THE ABOVE PROCESS AND YOUR RETURNED ITEM WILL BE REFUNDED AS PER THE CONDITIONS ABOVE.  IF YOU REQUIRE AN EXCHANGE PLEASE RE-BUY THE PRODUCT/SIZE YOU NEED TO GUARANTEE THE ITEM BEING AVAILABLE. 

New unsuitable returns should be sent back to the following address and please include a copy of your order, reason for return, together with contact details as to not delay any refund being issued:

Warranty Claims

Any warranty claims should in the first instance be made by email to info@falpro.com or by telephoning 0845 504 9322 where you will be advised of the returns process for faulty goods.
